Viruses in cellular component

Currently viruses are listed as a child of cellular component. This causes some problems when defining shapes for GO-CAM. Would it make sense to split them out as their own ontology of anatomical structures?

Blockers for imports

At the moment, both the cell and ChEBI are blocked. We need to come up with an SOP for how to handle this.

  1. We could add terms and not add logical defs, but sometimes the hold up is for a very long time.
  2. Is there any way we could do an incremental update without other changes?
