RO issue 'happens during'
https://github.com/oborel/obo-relations/issues/397
Breaking up GO into 5 branches?
- From multiple discussions, including today between Pascale and Val here: https://github.com/geneontology/go-ontology/issues/19721
- Why not separate MF into -> activities and binding
- and CC into -> cellular locations and protein complexes
This has been suggested before, any blockers to implement this ? (other than we need to announce way in advance)
