Ontology maintenance project

• Add lexical checks for naming conventions in MF
  • all terms would end with 'activity' or 'binding'
  • would obsolete all 'activity involved in process'
    • Low priority; not that much interest
• Assign namespaces automatically
  • Could be added as a post-processing step of the ontology
    • Moved to 'NEXT' in the ontology maintenance project

BP refactor: separate 'developmental process' and 'cellular developmental process'

• Ok to create the new grouping terms for plant and animal development; however we dont have any high level terms from Uberon and plant ontology that allow automatic classification as plant or animal structures
