GAF2.2 migration status

• Inferences are still in GAF2.1: Options:
  • convert to GAF2.2: Need to check how that would impact our data consumers
  • integrate inferences into GAF2.2 file we produce (and stop producing separate inference files?)
• Latest snapshot release is from Tuesday, March 16th - David, Kimberly need to QC
  • MGI need to round-trip to complete QC check?
• David, Kimberly will QC; aim to meet Tuesday, March 23rd to green light March release

MGI, WB, ZFIN loads

• MGI
  • loosing some annotations - Dustin to fix the script to make sure metadata (comments) is loaded
  • regulation of biological quality annotations not being loaded. Dustin will query and send a report. About 60 annotations missing

-> MGI is very close from being finished. -> MGI will have a 'drop and reload' mechanism -> Next 'project' is for GOC to turn MGI GPAD files from ttl back into GPAD create GPAD files for MGI to be able to import them

• For eg issue with 'located_in' -> Noctua doesn't use the relations from our latest specs.

• WB needs to do some more work with Alex and the P2GO file
