Following up on last week's discussion: uniprot-all file : filtered for MODs (14M annotations, according to Alex). Should we rename the file? --- I think renaming would be disruptive and we should batch together these kinds of changes for species downloads. I thought we had agreed to resolve this by adding more descriptions, headers, documentation, FAQs, etc? Cjm (talk) 11:03, 15 March 2023 (EDT)
