Touch bases on "combined" GOA files and dictyBase IDs

Likely we do not want dictyBase as Uniprot IDs? >>> We will not be using this file for Dicty and MODs, the source only changes for the 5 species (cow, dog, chicken, pig, human)

clean out old users

Seth, Pascale - Criteria:

  • GitHub:
    • reduce number of groups
    • non-active developer (one year?) will be removed from GO project (Members)
    • Ontology: can have more people 'watching'
    • Annotation: only active members (consortium members)
  • Noctua: must have contributed to a model in the past year (need some training refresher to get back after so long)
  • Wiki: ??? - Seth not even sure most people have access anymore…
  • Google drive & calendar
  • Slack: reduce number of channels, reduce channel membership
  • Email lists:
    • go-friends: open to anybody
      • can we rename this go-obsoletion-announcements and move to google drive? Cjm (talk) 21:03, 25 July 2023 (EDT)
    • go-consortium: open to active members? (how we control drive membership)
    • managers: control yearly for active managers
    • go-ontology: control yearly for members of ontology team
    • GO PI: control yearly for active PIs
