- Jim managed to extract a GAF file from the wiki annotations from the February jamboree
- Annotations issues:
- Debbie : to circulate where in the documentation it says not to annotate to binding (to be discussed at the Eugene GOC meeting)
- Karen: Should we make organelle specific terms for processes [and functions?] that aren't mechanistically different but use different gene sets? This generated a long email discussion; is it resolved? Move to the GOC meeting.
- Still some discussions about IC versus ISS and substrate binding
- Paper almost ready for final submission
- PAINT update: Suzi making progress on the part of the interface that allows propagation of annotations
- Pascale has been able to run it on her computer to start testing
- April curation targets: General Transcription Factor complex (to be sent)
