Ontology questions shown by GOA response to inconsistency file

• In the cross product files it would be better if I could just connect chloroplast and mitochondrion to the appropriate taxa so I don't need to make individual links to terms like id: GO:0010368 name: chloroplast isoamylase complex

• Classify cell types by species specificity so we also get all GO terms with cross products to these terms: Taxon-GO_Implementation_April_2008_onwards#Cross_Product_files
